Log-in Exhibitor Service Portal

Am I already a registered user?

Test whether you already have an account in the Exhibitor Service Portal by entering your e-mail address and clicking on „new password.“ If you do not receive your access data within a few minutes, please make a new registration. But please check your Spam folder before doing so.

 

How do I receive access data for the Exhibitor Service Portal?

Please register as a new user by clicking on the „New registration“- button in the Exhibitor Service Portal. You will immediately receive a password. If not, please check your Spam folder.

 

Forgotten password – do I need to register again now?

No. If you are registered, you can request a new password through the Exhibitor Service Portal – log in with your e-mail address and click the button „new password.“ Please also check your spam mails.

 

My contact data in the Exhibitor Service Portal are wrong.

Please send us an e-mail to agra@agra-messe.de. We will immediately update your contact data.

 

The responsible contact person for the current exhibition has changed.

Please contact us at agra@agra-messe.de. We will update the data of the new contact person.

 

Can I add another user (e.g. colleague, stand builder, etc.) to my order account?

You receive a “Stand password” for every stand with your stand confirmation. The “Stand password” can be forwarded to colleagues, stand builders, etc. By passing this on, you authorize the contact to place orders and view all the invoices for the current stand order.

 


 

Registration of main exhibitor / co-exhibitors

 

We are not able to complete our stand booking.

Please check if you have completed all mandatory fields. If you have not filled out the necessary information you will see a grey box with a “X”. If the information is complete the box will turn green. Please also fill out the information regarding the managing director.

 

Where can I see my stand application?

After you have registered in the Exhibitor Service Portal you can find it in the category “Overview stand applications”.

 

I would like to retrospectively register a co-exhibitor for my stand.

You can find the sent binding exhibitor application in the Exhibitor Service Portal under “Overview stand applications”. Click on “Edit co-exhibitor” and register an unlimited number of co-exhibitors.

 

The binding order is already sent, but I would still like to change it.

Your order is binding. If you would like to change it, please send an e-mail to the Agra Team (agra@agra-messe.de).

 


 

Stand confirmation / Invoice

 

Where can I find my invoices?

 

You can find your invoice and hall plan after you have registered with your personal login details. These documents can then be found in the menu under “document management”. Afterwards please select your company, the stand and the desired document from the drop-down menu.

Ordering services

 

How do I order services such as electricity, stand construction, parking tickets etc.?

Services can be ordered after stand confirmation using the Exhibitor Service Portal. After signing into the Exhibitor Service Portal please click on “Overview stand application”. In your booth order you are then able to select “Service orders” and will be able to choose additional services (electricity, parking tickets etc.). Please add the needed services into the shopping cart and send it.

 

Where can I view my order?

Log into the Exhibitor Service Portal using your access data. Go to “Overview stand applications” and click on the button “Service orders”. Afterwards to go „My orders“. Here you can find all mandatory services. Services that have not been sent yet, can be found in your shopping cart.

 

When will I receive my exhibitor pass?

You will receive your exhibitor pass as well as your construction cards mid-February.
